Barbro Best and Brightest is an educational program designed to support academically talented and gifted students in Montgomery County, Maryland. The program provides a variety of services to students, including:

• Advanced academic coursework
• Enrichment activities
• Mentoring and counseling

The program is named after Barbro Osher, a former Montgomery County teacher who was a strong advocate for gifted education.
